All the Support Plans work in the same way. You 'buy' an amount of monthly hours depending on your business needs, then as you require assistance, the time spent on resolving your problems is deducted from your monthly allowance. Simple.
The PAYG method is exactly the same service as our normal plans, apart from there is no guarantee of same day support in the event of a business emergency. Obviousy we will do our best, but it would depend on current workload. Our emergency response is normally 4 hours, and at the moment is the same for contract and PAYG customers.
